Student Centered Project Based Learning
In Project class student teams have developed driving questions around the theme "The English arrive in North America". Teams' questions are centered around the conflict, cooperation and daily lives of the Iroquois and the English Colonists, comparing and contrasting aspects of 17th century with their own modern lives. The projects being developed are based on student research in their attempt to answer these questions.
Check with your student on their driving questions, and their progress in creating a project to answer their questions.
